East Lancashire Railway Gala - Morning Photo Charter
24th January 2009

Surprisingly this was my first visit to the ELR. With Mike Snow as driver again - thanks - we started the day at Burrs Country park. A turn up and pay photo charter had been organised using Standard 4 tank loco 80098 and a short freight train. Great fun.

...and finally a side on shot of the demonstration freight at Burrs Country Park ...and I managed to avoid showing anything of the blot on the landscape of the caravan park adjacent to the line. Whoever gave permission for it at the planning department needs shooting.
