Inside Loughborough works were 8F no 48305, King Arthur 4-6-0 no 30777 Sir Lamiel and Stanier black 5 no 45305.

The 2-6-4T Fairburn tank no 42085 has received its final painting but had been shunted back into the shed when I arrived. It was standing alongside 48305.
