Some passing planes... Any ideas of type? Now this info. is going to put you guys to shame. I received the following info from a female acquaintance with a leaning towards airplanes... G-AFWT....is a Tipsy Trainer 1...fixed-wing landplane....it was built in 1939 and newly registered again in 2003. It is owned privately by a guy named Nicholas Parkhouse. RH17 7JZ is the postcode. G-ANOH....is a Tiger Moth....also a fixed-wing landplane....it was built in 1942 and newly registered in 1991. It has the same owner as the one above. Thanks to Susan White for this comprehensive and rapid response. Amazing! In addition a note from Richard Atkins tells me its a PERCIVAL Tipsy Trainer and the Tiger Moth was manufactured by DeHavilland (I think I knew that) Thankyou. FINALLY Richard Harrold tells me G_ANOH, is a De Havilland DH.82 Tiger Moth: this particular example is serial no. 86040, built in 1942 by Morris Motors Ltd. It originally ran as the RAF\'s EM838. Nobody has told me the pilots shoe size yet but I'm sure that will arrive soon!
